Company Culture Support

I worked with a consulting team and was brought into HelloFresh Australia by the Director of People to analyze and support company culture change. HelloFresh Australia is physically siloed, and each location represents a diverse and vastly different demographic. I developed an Internal Communication Plan as the first course of action for the People team to get a better sense of their communication pain points, as well as to help them establish clear communication goals and benchmarks/implementations to achieve those goals.
