Customer Service

I was commissioned by Haldi Skincare to build out their customer service department and internal systems for customer care, as well as product training for new hires. I analyzed their social media and customer service email account and developed their customer facing FAQs for their website, as well as developed their training materials for internal customer service new hire onboarding.
