I'm Fran.

I'm a Social Media and Content Manager at Equator Coffees, as well as a contracted Creative Director. I am an expert in Creative Strategy with over ten years of professional marketing experience. I help individuals, brands, and early-stage startups bring their values and missions to life through strategic storytelling across all digital channels and print mediums. I spent five years working for Patagonia as a founding member of their sustainable food division, Patagonia Provisions. I collaborate with tech leaders to bring their innovative business ideas to life and have worked across countries and continents in the United States, New Zealand, Australia, and Spain.  I earned my Bachelor's Degree in 2013 with a double major in Human Rights and Women & Gender studies, my MBA in 2020 with a concentration in Sustainable International Development, and I am currently earning a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. I also serve on the Board of Directors for several environmental and humanitarian organizations located in Africa that focus on empowering women and implementing sustainable food systems in rural communities.
